Availability

Indigo & Cloth endeavors to keep the website as up to date as possible and ensure all items are in stock. However, we cannot guarantee that all items shown are still available. If we receive an order for an out of stock item you will be informed of this via email within 24 hours and offered the option to cancel the order, shown an alternative item or finally informed of future availability.

Finding/Purchasing an Item

To purchase an item, navigate to the product page for that item by using our menus or the product search. You can also search by the branded pictures on our homepage.

Payment

Indigo & Cloth uses uses two forms of payment processing in our Online Store. You can choose to pay using your credit card or with PayPal. All our credit card transactions are processed by one of the worlds leading payment processing companies, Realex Payments

Sales Tax

All prices include VAT of 21%. For customers outside the EU, VAT will be deducted from your order by recognising your IP address.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email confirmation once you place your order. We will continue to track your parcel for you but a tracking number is available upon request.
